As a lifelong Washingtonian and a full time Real Estate Agent since 2002, Kerry has witnessed the dramatic transformation of the DC region and understands the complexities of the ever-changing real estate market. She has consistently been listed as a top agent by Washingtonian Magazine, and she ranks in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide (WJS and RealTrends).
Prior to real estate, Kerry spent over a decade as a broadcast journalist - winning numerous awards including an Emmy, an AP Award, and an Edward R. Murrow. She credits much of her success in real estate to her journalism background. Since each client has distinctly different needs, asking the right questions, doing the necessary research, and communicating clearly are the most important steps in helping buyers and sellers reach their goals. As a seasoned negotiator, she prides herself on having helped hundreds of happy clients get to the closing table.
Kerry is committed to engagement and leadership in the community supporting and sponsoring many DC area charities and serving on several boards.
Kerry lives in the City of Alexandria with her husband, twin daughters, and rescue dogs.
