About Rosina del Monaco

Rosina del Monaco has been practicing residential real estate since 2004. She is currently an Associate Broker – Vice President at Compass Real Estate. Prior to joining Compass, Rosina was with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty for 4 years. She joined TTR Sotheby's International Realty after working for seven years as a Principal Broker with District One Properties a boutique real estate brokerage in Alexandria VA. She started her real estate career with REMAX Allegiance representing real estate buyers and sellers in the Washington Metropolitan Area. She holds an active broker license in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C.

 

Rosina has in-depth knowledge of the local Washington DC Metro Area real estate market. Her Real Estate production has gained her the Washingtonian Top Agents 2020, 2019 & 2018; Northern Virginia Magazine 2020, 2019 & 2018 NVAR Top Producer and Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club consistently since 2008.

 

Prior to her real estate career, Rosina spent more than 8 years in the corporate world with a successful professional career in finance, working for Corporations such as J. P. Morgan Chase Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, CEMEX and Phillip Morris.

 

Rosina graduated from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas Venezuela with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. 

 

While working in the corporate world she always loved the real estate industry and when she decided to make the move it was a perfect combination of her acquired corporate business best practices, her outgoing and friendly personality and international background. Her great negotiation, and communication skills are an extremely important asset for her clients. She has a direct, analytical and friendly approach that understands her client’s needs. Rosina’s focus is meeting her client’s needs, always trying to find the perfect home or helping them sell their current home.
