About Val Klotz

With 25 years of real estate experience in Northern Virginia, Val is an expert in navigating the challenges of residential real estate in a fast-moving, unique market. 

 

But no matter where her business takes her, she is a native Alexandrian. Val grew up in the Old Town and Del Ray area, and she chose to raise her own family here because she loves the small-town feel, the historic nature, green space, diversity, and its proximity to just about everything. She enjoys her pilates studio & restaurants in Del Ray and the old-meets-new feel of Old Town & the Waterfront.

 

Val's role in any real estate transaction is to be a guide through what can be a stressful process and to alleviate that stress for her client as much as possible. She works hard to make sure her clients are knowledgeable and informed every step of the way.
